-4 hard boiled eggs
-1/2 avocado, ripe
-Halve 4 eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in small bowl.
-Mash yolks with fork and stir in avocado.
-Add a few pinches of sea salt.
-Fill egg whites evenly with yolk mixture.
-Garnish with paprika.
