Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Full of healthy fats, vegetables! Fats help absorb our fat soluble vitamins, A, D, E, and K.

Makes 3 servings:

-2 cups brussels sprouts

-4 strips of bacon

-3 tablespoons of coconut oil

-Scoop coconut oil into skillet, place on medium heat, and pour in brussels sprouts. 

-Cut strip of bacon in half lengthwise, then cut 1 inch pieces across, and toss into skillet. 
-Stir occasionally

-Bake for about 35 minutes, until brussels sprouts are soft.
