Prosciutto Wrapped Stringbeans

Fresh veggie alert! Gluten Free, Dairy free, Paleo. Yum!   

Makes 1 'roll':

-5 string beans (can also sub or add thinly sliced carrots, asparagus)

-2 tablespoon coconut oil

-1 thin slice of prosciutto 

Directions
-Scoop out coconut oil to put in frying pan at medium heat

-Lay out slice of prosciutto and roll around vegetables 

-Place in frying pan face-down to where you just finished rolling. The coconut oil/frying process acts like 'glue' for the prosciutto to hold in the vegetables

-Cook for about 5-10 minutes, until the prosciutto starts to harden

-Take out of pan, and let cool for a minute or so on a plate, and
