Baked Kale Chips

For a two person serving:
 
-2 bunches of kale
-2 tablespoons (TBSP) of olive oil or coconut oil
-few pinches of himalayan sea salt
 
Optional toppings
sliced almonds, or another sliced nut
shredded coconut
ground flaxseed
 
Directions
-Preset oven to 350 degrees F
-Peel kale leaves off the stalk, and break into pieces
-Dry pieces as thoroughly as possible in bowl
-Pour oil on leaves while they're in the bowl, and mix evenly with your hands
-Place parchment paper over tray, and lay pieces flat
-Bake for 12 minutes
-Add sea salt once out of the oven
-Optional: add toppings
