Ingredients
-1/2 cup pumpkin puree
-1 large handful of organic mixed greens
-1/3 cup organic mixed berries
-2 TBSP ground flaxseed
-1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, hemp, cashew, or almond milk
-1 scoop of allergen friendly protein powder
-1 tsp of each: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
