Power Smoothie

Makes 1 serving:
-1 large handful of organic lettuce
1-2 whole organic carrots, or 4-5 organic baby carrots
-1 stalk organic celery
-1 large handful of organic blueberries
-1/4 organic zucchini, chopped (adds a smooth texture)
-1-2 TBSP ground flaxseed or chia seed
-allergen friendly protein powder (gluten free, vegan, soy free)- **yes, they do exist and are both filling and satisfying! ask me about which brands I would recommend**
-1 TBSP of coconut oil
-Almond, cashew, hemp, or coconut milk, or water (less if prefer thick, more if want it more of a liquid consistency)
-cinnamon & ginger, to taste

-Chop up zucchini, celery and carrots before placing in blender
-Add all ingredients in blender, and add water, or non-dairy milk of choice
-Blend together
