Or you've taken pharmaceuticals, or some other type of sleep aid, yet unsure if that's really the 'right' thing- like there may be other more natural approaches to take. You want options.
Finally, maybe you've gained a few pounds, stress eating, carb/sugar cravings, feeling irritable/ not quite yourself, and just unable to focus or remember anything? Ok.. this is not so normal- but can be prevented.
