-4 large leaves of organic lettuce
-2 cups of chicken, chopped and cooked
-1 large ripe organic peach, chopped
-1 clementine, peeled, chopped
-1/2 cup organic celery, chopped
-1/2 cup almonds, sliced
-1/4 cup carrots, chopped
-1/8 cup onion, diced
-A few pinches of Himalayan sea salt
-4 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
-Combine chicken, peach, clementine, celery, carrots, almonds, and onion in large bowl.
-Place lettuce leaves on a plate, and spoon mix onto leaves.
-Top each wrap with a tablespoon of olive oil and sea salt
